Copywriting & Content Writing

Article writing; Landing page copywriting; Content strategy

Writing for Asana has been a dream because, well, Asana’s product is a dream. I started out writing highly-optimized articles for SEO (we have +1 million visitors to the site every month), then transitioned to writing landing pages for Asana templates (which garnered 15-25% click-through-rates on average), and writing reports and developing the content strategy for The Work Innovation Lab (a first of it’s kind think-tank that targets senior executives at enterprise businesses).

Website Copywriting

Kelli already had a successful design and branding business when we started working together. But she knew she could have more. I wrote new copy for Kelli’s site to show new potential customers why working with her is one of the best investments they could make for their business.

Landing page & email copywriting

ConvertKit  wanted to target creators in a new and innovative way. So they decided to build out templates customized to their exact personas. I helped them to create a custom email messaging campaign template for different creators (think, a chef trying to launch a cookbook for the first time).

Website landing page copywriting

When Nest Bedding approached me about their website they had worked with countless writers. The truth? It showed. Their messaging was erratic and scattered. We worked together to create new copy for every product on their page and the Homepage so that their products and brand were streamlined and cohesive.

Customer success storytelling

When My Copilot reached out to me, they knew what they wanted: more engagement. We created a narrative that told their success story in a way that felt instantly personal and relatable to their customers.

Website landing page copywriting

InsightGX just sounds…technical, doesn’t it? Their copy did too. Together, we re-worked their entire website to target their new audience (B2C) from their old one (B2B) and while we did that, we got rid of all the jargon and obscure language that muddied up their site. Now their product is clear, simple and approachable.

Content strategy; Content calendar creation & management; Blog writing; Email marketing

Designed a content calendar of blog post topics geared towards eCommerce & B2B businesses. Wrote SEO posts on topics including sensory marketing, video marketing and overall marketing trends.

Kraft Heinz

Articles for site launch

Kraft Heinz Canada is launching a brand new site, and they needed the articles to go with it. Their goal: to become the next great food and lifestyle website in Canada. I wrote posts on how to select the perfect Italian Summer Wines and how to get into outdoor cooking, among others, for their new site launch.

Content Marketing Strategy Consulting

When you’re launching a new, B2B eCommerce site in the cannabis industry — how do you make yourself known? By offering resources no one else does. For this client, I developed a content marketing strategy to establish state-specific resource guides on cannabis laws and business operations for every legal state. No one else was doing this. This had the twofold impact of boosting SEO rankings and showing off their industry expertise.

Motivated Leads, B2B Newsletter Creation & Launch

How do you become an expert in a field filled with experts? Motivated Leads works with high-profile real estate investors. But they needed to be the authority among them. Together, we developed a newsletter template that included relevant industry news, exciting opportunities, tips for investing and more. We sent this long-form newsletter out weekly to some of the best in the business with consistent responses and over 30% open rate. That’s how you develop authority in your niche.

“Alicia was an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only is she a great communicator, she delivered stellar copy that required little to no tweaking. She was incredibly professional and her copy helped us achieve our business objectives. Since we released the templates Alicia created, we saw a 15% increase in feature usage and a 50% increase in the number of templates used!”

-Romane, ConvertKit

“I had been looking for a copywriter to help take revamping my website copy off of my plate. Connecting with Alicia, I knew right away that she understood conversion-led copywriting. She took the time to understand my brand voice and brand personality which was really important to me. Infusing those two things along with my website goals, she was able to create amazing copy for my website! I can’t recommend Alicia enough!”

-Kelli, Amê Creatives

“We hired Alicia to create content for a new Phoenix landing page and several blog topics with high search volume. She professionally delivered each project on time with quality exceeding our expectations. For the Phoenix landing page we now rank on page 1 of Google for ‘Phoenix maid service’ and our blogs such as ‘Do you tip maid service?’ Are ranking in the top five. We will continue to use her services for content creation!”

- Justin, Modern Maids

“Alicia was a joy to work with — we discussed the project, she asked clarifying questions to ensure that she was helping accomplish the project goals, she was also very willing to make adjustments and provide meaningful suggestions.”

- Jermaine, NYC Councilman Campaign
